This is an amazing anti-war song i heard, although it was written at the time of the vietnam wat it stands true till this day.

Its that time of the year again , exams are on. Two months of memorising absolute crap. But these two months are special for me, because this is the time when I actually get to ponder over things.

So i was thinking, that if we really wanted to end world poverty we could do it. I know it'll sound stupid, but I estimated that United States for example has a population of about 300 million , so if each citizen could just give out a dollar or even 10 , they could raise about 3 billion dollars ( if my math is right , it probably isn't) , yeah so thats just America, if the 10-20 countries with the highest GDP or whatever could do the same thing they could raise about a 50 billion here. Maybe im being to optimistic, but it isn't that hard to believe , collecting from each and every man would be a pain in the ass but hey we have been to the moon* we could figure something out .

Poverty is the only thing that disturbs me these days besides the whole terrorism bullshit , which i think is all made up.

* I believe in the conspiracy theories that the whole man on the moon thing was a hoax.
